easycharter’s Aircraft of the Month for June 2021 is Embraer’s Praetor 600!
Derived from the Embraer Legacy 500, the Praetor 600 is one of the most disruptive and most technologically advanced super-midsize jets in the market.
The Praetor 600’s interior design…
Embraer’s Praetor 600 ergonomically designed stand-up flat-floored cabin reflects meticulous attention to detail. The Bossa Nova interior design, with carbon fiber materials, piano black coloring, and sophisticated stitching, provides the cabin with a Brazilian Jazz vibe. Multiple cabin configurations allow customers to choose what suits their needs. The Praetor 600 has room for two crew members, in addition to eight passengers (standard capacity) to twelve passengers (maximum capacity).
The aircraft’s low cabin altitude (1767.84 m) and acoustically friendly interior guarantee an exceptionally comfortable, smooth, and quiet ride.
The cabin is expertly equipped to meet the needs of every customer. It has fully reclining seats optimally placed close to spacious windows. It also has stowable tables to facilitate working or dining. In addition, the cabin features a highly functional and luxurious stone-floored wet galley, equipped with a microwave, conventional oven, refrigerator, and coffee brewer. The galley is also equipped with a fine selection of crystal, china, and silverware.
The Praetor 600’s generous baggage capacity (4.39 m3) and practical internal storage give passengers the freedom to carry what they choose when they fly.
In addition, the Praetor 600’s high-tech features make it ideal for both work and entertainment. The Honeywell Ovation TM Select Cabin Management Suite provides passengers with full 1080P HD video streaming and immersive audio. An industry-leading touchscreen overhead panel provides passengers with flight status information, ambient lighting, and easy access to cabin controls. The aircraft’s cabin is also equipped with Viasat Ka-band and Gogo AVANCE L5 to keep passengers reliably connected throughout the entire flight. The aircraft’s in-flight entertainment system (IFE) is compatible with portable electronic devices.
The Praetor 600’s performance profile…

At long-range cruise speed, the efficient super-midsize aircraft delivers a non-stop intercontinental range of 4’018 nm (equivalent to 7’441 km). It can operate from a runway as short as 914.4 m, allowing access to a wide variety of airports. The Praetor 600 can soar at a maximum altitude of 13’716 m. It can cruise at a maximum speed of 863 km/h.
The Praetor 600’s advanced avionics…
