On September 1, 2021, Gulfstream announced that its all-new G700 set its very first international city-pair speed records. The speed records were set from Savannah to Doha, Qatar, and then from Doha to Paris, France. The all-new G700 is the largest aircraft in Gulfstream’s fleet, and one of the fastest private jets in the world. It is expected to enter service in 2022.
Mark Burns, president of Gulfstream, is confident about the aircraft’s performance, stating that it performed “exceptionally well”. Burns is also thrilled to introduce Gulfstream’s G700 in-person to customers in the Middle East and Europe.
