About Skytrax World Airport Awards
Skytrax launched its first airport customer satisfaction survey in 1999. Since then, it has been regarded as a quality benchmark for the world airport industry, assessing customer service and facilities of more than 500 airports worldwide. Global airport customers select, based on their personal choices, the airport they consider “best”. Skytrax sponsors both the survey and awards process.
Skytrax World Airport Awards 2021
